The Mediterranean Conference Centre (MCC), Valletta |

One of the most imposing buildings in Valletta is the former
"Sacra Imfermeria" of the Order of St John of
Jerusalem, now popularly known as the Mediterranean
Conference Centre, which is located adjacent to Fort St Elmo
and overlooking the Grand Harbour.Since
its inception as a conference centre, an ongoing
restoration and maintenance pro-gramme has
kept he unique historical character |

of this national monument, while
providing a modern venue able to handle major international
conferences, exhibitions, banquets and theatrical events.
The Mediterranean Conference Cnetre (MCC) is the flagship of

Palazzo Parisio & Gardens,

Often described as a miniature Versailles, this
quintessentially Maltese Palazzo is a glorious showcase of
Maltese and Italian craftsmanship at the turn of the 19th
century. The magnificent gilded, mirrored ballroom is
unique in Malta and is a favourite venue for overseas
conference and incentive |

groups. It can accommodate 110
dining, 200 for a reception and 150 persons theatre style;
by combining with the surrounding historic rooms, capacity
is significantly increased.The
two walled gardens rank amongst Malta’s best, a fine example
of classic baroque formality mixed with the vivid colours
and scents of the Mediterranean – making a magnificent venue
for large scale dinners, receptions or open air concerts.
Up to 400 guests can be seated for a gala dinner, silver
service or buffet style; and up to 1000 for a reception in
summer. |
Ir-Razzet L’Abjad, Birkirkara |

fine example of a traditional Maltese farmhouse; with its
grapevine covered poolside area, balustraded terraces,
rustic details, open air ovens and barbecue areas Ir-Razzett
l-Abjad is an unforgettable setting whatever the event.
Ir-Razzett L-Abjad, set in the heart of Malta, is a typical
Maltese farmhouse with a unique setting and idyllic

and formed part of the original stablesSurrounded by a vineyard and orange grove, Ir-Razzett L-Abjad
can cater for both indoor and outdoor functions, with a
capacity of 450 and 2,000 respectively. With an overall area
of 2 acres, the venue is fully equipped to handle any type

Casino Maltese, Valletta |

Originally used as the treasury of the knights of St John,
today the exclusive Casino Maltese retains most of its
original 16th century features. A truly outstanding venue
with a history of noble visitors.
On entrance there is a large hall leading to a majestic
staircase which branches off into two and leads onto
a spacious landing and two different halls. The reception
hall is large and decorated with old paintings.The other
room is the Ballroom, beautifully decorated with parquet
flooring, carved wooden balconies and crystal chandeliers.
There is also a smaller room - the Princess Room - named

H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth's visit to the club when she
was still a princess. This room overlooks the famous Pjazza
Regina and also the President's Palace. |
Castello Zamitello, Mgarr |

Situated in the area of Mgarr and belonging to the family of
the Marquis Sant Cassia, Castello Zamitello is a unique
three hundred year-old castle. The Castle is available seven
days a week for any occasion but is mainly used for weddings
and gala dinners. |

With two wooden conservatories, a beautifully landscaped
garden, and ample parking areas Castello Zamitello is
undoubtedly an ideal venue for banqueting with that little
bit more. It has a capacity of 90 seated guests indoors and
450 outdoors. |
Villa Bighi, Valletta |

Standing majestically across the harbour from the
Mediterranean Conference Centre, this building housed the
Faculty of Medicine and Surgery founded in the eighteenth
century. It is one of Malta's finest examples of neo-classical
architecture from the early 19th century. |

Wedding receptions and dinners are held within the open
gardens, extensive terraces and breathtaking views of the
Grand Harbour. |
